Bubbles and other shenanigans

Saturday was an absolutely lovely day, weather and activity-wise. Dan and Todd kicked off the day by hauling the shell of the parts car off to the metal recycler, and then moving drywall into Dan's basement (ok, so perhaps their morning wasn't completely fun). Meanwhile, Nancy, Nathan and I headed to the YMCA for swim class, followed by lunch at Fletcher's Pub (used to be Main Street Pub) and a quick trip to Bookbug.

Later that afternoon, we all joined up at Dan and Nancy's house for some play time and some homemade pizza.

Nancy read somewhere that bubbles are a great incentive to get kids walking. Well, Nathan loved the bubbles, but not enough to let go and walk on his own!

Grandpa is so silly! These two always have such a blast playing together.

Nancy went on a whirlwind business trip to San Francisco, and brought Nathan an "escaped from Alcatraz" jailbird outfit! :)
